Description
Chartreuse Jaune is een iconische Franse kruidenlikeur die sinds 1605 volgens een geheim recept wordt geproduceerd door de Kartuizer monniken. De smaak komt van een zorgvuldig samengestelde infusie van meer dan 130 planten, bloemen en kruiden. In vergelijking met de Chartreuse Verte is deze gele variant zachter, ronder en iets zoeter, met een alcoholpercentage van 43%. De natuurlijke kleur komt van de gebruikte botanicals, zonder toevoegingen.
Dankzij het gebalanceerde smaakprofiel is Chartreuse Jaune veelzijdig inzetbaar: perfect om puur te drinken, als digestief, of als smaakmaker in klassieke cocktails zoals de Alaska, Yellow Chartreuse Sour of de Bijou. De zachte kruiden en florale tonen voegen diepte toe aan elk drankje, zonder te overheersen.
