Gebruik
1 x daags 1 maatbekertje (10 ml) na het ontbijt innemen of schenk 10 ml in een groot glas en vul aan met ongeveer 200 ml koud of lauwwarm water. Indien gewenst kan de dosering opgehoogd worden naar 20 ml per dag.
