- Over deze wijn: Maison Castel maakt wijnen in verschillende Franse wijngebieden. Deze Franse bubbelwijn wordt gemaakt in de Bourgogne. De Cuvée Blanche is een Blanc de Blancs. Dat wil zeggen dat dit een witte mousserende wijn is, die wordt gemaakt van uitsluitend witte druiven. Letterlijk betekent Blanc de Blancs dan ook ‘wit van witte’.

- Wijn Herkomst: Frankrijk, Vin de France
- Geur & Smaak: Strak en fris met een heel klein zoetje. Je proeft appel, peer, witte bloemen en groene kruiden. Met een zachte, mooi geïntegreerde bubbel.
- Lekker bij: De borrel. Feestelijk om te schenken als aperitief. Kan diverse amuses of borrelhapjes aan. Prima te combineren met antipasti. Ook lekker bij een lunch of brunch. Aperitief Schaal- en schelpdieren
