De makreelfilets worden met de hand geplukt en vervolgens gegaard in courtbouillon, in hun geheel in blik gelegd en besprenkeld met hun marinade van witte Muscadet-wijn en kruiden. Wortels, augurken en citroenschijfjes geven kleur en een knapperige bite aan dit heerlijke recept. De makreelfilets, gedrenkt in hun marinade, zijn ongelooflijk lekker.
