Van Conserverie Jena de Luz een biologische, ambachtelijke en lokale conservenfabriek; Franse ambachtslieden en daar zijn ze trots op. De productie van al hun producten gebeurt handmatig in hun werkplaats in Saint Jean de Luz in Baskenland (Nieuw-Aquitanië). En ze zijn er trots op dat ze traditioneel vakmanschap (her)gelokaliseerd hebben.
