MARC BREDIF heeft de Chenin Blanc naar een hoger niveau getild, wat een wijn! De Loire staat bekend om zijn Sauvignon Blanc wijnen maar Chenin Blanc is niet te vergeten. De druif heeft net zo veel en misschien nog wel meer potentie op langer termijn. Deze Vouvray is mineralig en elegant, mooi in zijn zuren en concentratie. De stokken van deze wijn zijn +/- 30 jaar oud en hebben een prachtige body opgebouwd wat je terug proeft in het sap. De wijn rijpt 9 maanden op zijn droesem voordat zij in de fles verdwijnt.
