Een goed after diner drankje, puur, met of zonder ijs en het best rechtstreeks uit de koelkast. Deze cocktail van Robbert de Wildt is heerlijk verfrissend op een warme zomerdag:
· 40 ml Francoli Grappa
· 40 ml Marcati Limoncino & Panna
· 10 ml kaneelsiroop
· 10 ml vanillesiroop
Doe alle ingrediënten in een shaker. Shake 12 seconden goed hard en schenk de mix uit in een koud cocktailglas. Garneer het met schil citroen.
