Een Orvietto Classico Superiore. Enzo Barbi is zo´n wijnmaker waarvan alle wijnen prachtig zijn. Een bescheiden wijnmaker, maar een neus voor een heerlijke zuivere en pure wijn. Opvallend lang van smaak met veel minerale tonen. Zeer strak gemaakt. Fantastisch bij asperges of vette vis.
Deze wijn is gemaakt van de druiven Grechetto (55%), Vermentino (25%), Chardonnay (15%) en Procanico (5%).
