Hun passie proef je terug in hun (h)eerlijke zelfgemaakte biologische producten. De mècorino wordt gemaakt op het recept wat is ontwikkeld door Marianne zelf. De kaas is een verse kaas wat wordt bereid op hogere temperaturen. Hierdoor krijgt het een fris zure smaak. De mècorino heeft een zachte structuur met een romige volle smaak. De kaas is heerlijk in een salade, maar kan ook heel goed op een toastje gegeten worden. De kaas is vegetarisch gestremd.
