Deze rosé Champagne is zeer fruitig met een mooie zalmroze kleur. De kleur en de aroma's van deze Champagne zijn verkregen door een kort contact met de schil. De smaak is vol, verfijnd en goed in balans met aangename zuren en plezierige bubbels.
Als aperitief, maar ook bij gerechten zoals wild en gegrild rood vlees.
