2 x per dag 1 capsule, tijdens de maaltijd.
Start 14 dagen voorafgaand aan een zonvakantie/zonnige periode. Tijdens de
zonvakantie/zonnige periode kan worden overgegaan op 1 x per dag 1 capsule.
Capsules met water innemen.
