Omega 3 vetzuren zijn essentiële vetzuren: het lichaam kan deze niet zelf produceren en moeten ze uit voeding halen. EPA en DHA komt vooral voor in vette vissoorten en wordt ook aangemaakt in algen. Dit omega 3-supplement bestaat uit hoogwaardige, zuivere visolie en bevat 330 mg EPA en 220 mg DHA per casule. EPA en DHA hebben een gunstige werking op het hart (bij 250 mg EPA & DHA per dag). Daarnaast is DHA goed voor de hersenen en het gezichtsvermogen (bij 250 mg per dag). Ook is er extra vitamine E toegevoegd, om de visolie te beschermen tegen oxidatie. Gemaakt van ansjovis die wordt gevangen in de oceanen rond Peru. Neem 2x daags 1-2 capsules in met een glas water. Aanbevolen dosering niet overschrijden.
