Een gouden bier met romige en wolkerige witte schuimkraag.
GEUR
De geur doet denken aan stoofpeertjes met kaneel, maar ook de fruitigheid van sinaasappel. Op de achtergrond is een pepertje te herkennen.
SMAAK
Bij het nemen van een slok is het bier zacht. Het koolzuur is aanwezig, maar wordt uiteindelijk overstemd door een fruitige zoetheid met tonen van appel en honing. De alcohol die proefbaar is, geeft een warm gevoel.
AFDRONK
De afdronk is droog met een zweem van zoete drop.
CULINAIR
Heerlijk bij gegrilde kip, gerookte zalm en rollade.

Paix Dieu wordt slechts één keer per maand gebrouwen, bij volle maan. Elke fles draagt dus een maandvermelding.
