Description
Peychaud’s Cocktail Bitters; een iconische cocktailbitter uit New Orleans, bekend om zijn helderrode kleur en uitgesproken anijssmaak. Deze bitter werd in de 19e eeuw ontwikkeld door apotheker Antoine Peychaud en is sindsdien een essentieel ingrediënt in de klassieke Sazerac-cocktail. Zijn lichte body en kruidige complexiteit maken hem veelzijdig inzetbaar, van whisky tot gin tot rum. Naast cocktails wordt hij ook gebruikt om smaak toe te voegen aan desserts of bitters-infused soda’s.
Cocktailsuggestie: Voeg een paar dashes toe aan een klassieke Sazerac of French 75 voor extra karakter.
