Description
Bretonse puur natuur cider van de Cidrerie du Léguer, uit het schilderachtige stadje Lannion in het ruige noorden van Bretagne. Klein bedrijf van ongeveer 4 hectare. De appels worden er met de hand geoogst. Het sap van de ciderappels is spontaan vergist, zonder enige toevoeging, zelfs geen sulfiet. Zeer verfijnde cider, mooi gebalanceerd. Elegant fruitig, subtiele bubbel, niet dat stallige, gewoon een hele mooie cider. Heeft nog wat restzoet, maar is erg mooi in balans. Noem het een off dry, of een brut tendre. Niet helemaal droog dus, maar absoluut niet zoet. Goed gevuld, subtiel bubbeltje, gelaagd, kan bij allerlei eten.
