Deze Quartz Riesling is afkomstig van percelen in Epfig, in de regio Fronholz, op 200 meter hoogte en pal op het zuiden gericht. De wijn heeft een heldergele kleur. De geur ontwikkelt een elegante mineraliteit tegen een achtergrond van citroen en gedroogd fruit. Dit is een zachte Riesling met een soepele body en heerlijke frisheid. Over het algemeen biedt hij een fluweelzachte textuur, zachtheid en royale aroma's. Hij combineert uitstekend met elegante gerechten.
