De wijnazijnen van Guerzoni zijn gemaakt van biodynamisch geteelde druiven die eerst tot wijn zijn verwerkt. Hun smaakstructuur is verfijnd en natuurlijk .Ze kunnen veelzijdig worden gebruikt in de keuken. De rode azijn heeft een iets pittiger smaak bij een achtergrond van lichte tannine, de witte azijn is wat fruitiger en fris van smaak. Gebruiktips : Rode azijn kan worden gebruikt voor dressings, op donkere geblancheerde/gestoofde groente , stoofvlees en marinades. Witte azijn is beter als je verkleuring van sla of salades wil vermijden en tevens geschikt voor het inmaken van zoetzure groenten en om mayonaise te maken.
