De zonnige subtiliteit van onze rozemarijnhoning komt van de uitgestrekte velden met wilde rozemarijn in het natuurpark Corbières-Fenouillèdes.
Rozemarijnhoning onderscheidt zich door zijn delicate en verfijnde smaak. Het heeft zoete, bloemige tonen die doen denken aan de karakteristieke geur van wilde rozemarijn.
De smaak is subtiel, licht zoet met een aangename toets van bitterheid, wat zorgt voor een harmonieuze balans. De kleur is helder amberkleurig en varieert afhankelijk van de oogst en het seizoen. De textuur is glad en romig.
Het natuurpark Corbières-Fenouillèdes is een opmerkelijk beschermd gebied in het zuiden van Frankrijk, tussen de departementen Aude en Pyrénées-Orientales.
