Deze Sauvignon Touraine van Domaine des Corbillières heeft delicate aroma’s van bloemen en fruit zoals citroen, peer en nectarine. Heerlijk als aperitief, geitenkaas en schaal- en schelpdieren. De wijngaarden van Domaine des Corbillières werden gekocht door Fabel Barbou in 1923. Het domein groeide uit van 12 hectare in 1950, toen de eerste wijn werd gebotteld, tot 26 hectare op dit moment. De druivenstokken zijn tussen 13 tot 43 jaar oud en zijn aangeplant op zand- en kleibodem. In de wijngaarden worden geen chemische bestrijdingsmiddelen gebruikt en doordat het aantal druiventrossen per plant laag wordt gehouden is de opbrengst beperkt. Nadat de druiven handmatig zijn geoogst, gesorteerd en geperst gaan ze in roestvrijstalen tanks. Hier ondergaat het sap gedurende een maand de alcoholische fermentatie door middel van inheemse gistculturen. De wijn wordt pas in het voorjaar gefilterd en gebotteld.
