Bij het inschenken wals je het laatste beetje heen en weer in het glas en er ontstaan een troebel strogeel tot goud bier met een wit romige schuimkraag.
GEUR
De volle kruidige en aangename geur zal direct opvallen. Dat komt door het gebruik van boekweit. Lichte tonen van vanille, kruidnagel, banaan en citrus geven je direct een lente gevoel!
SMAAK
Verfrissend en zacht! Het koolzuur is duidelijk aanwezig en combineert lustig met fruitige tonen van mandarijn en de kruidigheid van nootmuskaat. Dit bier heeft een lage bitterheid, dat aangenaam is.
AFDRONK
Zoals een Vlaming zou zeggen: "Het bier loopt makkelijk binnen". Het is goed doordrinkbaar en zacht. De afdronk is kort met lichte tonen van kaneel en vanille.
CULINAIR
Lekker bij visgerechten, zoals zeebaars en forel.
BIJZONDERHEDEN
De retro uitstraling van het flesje komt van een oud reclamebord uit die tijd en staat prachtig op elke tafel.
