Complete en uitgebalanceerde premium voeding voor volwassen katten die last hebben van of neigen tot overgewicht.Omdat veel katten in Nederland binnenshuis leven en weinig beweging krijgen, komt overgewicht regelmatig voor. Het is niet verstandig je kat te laten afvallen door hem minder van zijn normale voeding te geven. Je geeft je kat dan niet alleen minder calorieën, maar ook minder essentiële voedingsstoffen. Bovendien ontstaat bij veel katten een honger gevoel en zijn sommige katten geneigd om alles te willen eten wat voor handen is. Speciaal voor katten met overgewicht is Smølke Weight Control ontwikkeld.
Smølke Weight Control bevat 40% minder vet dan de reguliere Smølke kattenbrokjes voor volwassen katten, maar voorziet wel in alle voedingsbehoeften. De extra vezels in de voeding zorgen voor een verzadigd gevoel. Door de toevoeging van L-Carnitine en Choline wordt de vetverbranding extra gestimuleerd. Als de kat zijn streefgewicht heeft bereikt kan deze worden teruggezet op zijn normale voeding. Katten die aanleg houden tot overgewicht kunnen permanent Smølke Weight Control krijgen.
