Description
Het waargebeurde, superspannende verhaal van de Russenoorlog op Texel Hongerwinter 1945. De Amsterdamse Hans wordt tegen zijn zin door zijn ouders naar Texel gestuurd. Hij moet met zijn beste vriend, Herman, mee naar zijn oom op het eiland om aan te sterken. Op Texel is wel nog eten. Hans heeft al geen zin, en als ze aan de overkant worden opgehaald door meester Jan, blijkt die nog een moffenvriend te zijn ook! Maar als Hans langer op het eiland blijft, ontdekt hij dat niet alles is wat het lijkt. En net als de Duitsers verslagen lijken, breekt er een nieuwe oorlog uit: de Georgische Russen die in het Duitse leger zijn ingelijfd, komen in opstand.
