Tamari is een krachtige Japanse sojasaus, die gemaakt wordt van sojabonen en koji (een unieke Japanse schimmel). Het heeft een iets sterkere smaak dan shoyu.
Gebruiker Tips: Ten minste houdbaar tot op de verpakking vermelde datum. Na openen gekoeld bewaren en beperkt houdbaar.
Suggesties: Breng rijst of noedels ermee op smaak, voeg toe aan stoof- of roerbakgerechten, marineer vlees of vis ermee of gebruik het als dipsaus bij sushi. De mogelijkheden zijn eindeloos!
