Moderne witte wijn vinificatie met korte inweking van de schillen voor het persen. Daarna vergisting op lage temperatuur (16 graden). Rijping vindt plaats in RVS cuves.
Heldere limoengele kleur. Frisse tonen van citrus en exotisch fruit in de neus. Een smaak met een goede balans tussen frisheid en kracht, frisse zuren, exotisch fruit. Een volle, levendige afdronk.
Gekoeld drinken op ongeveer 10-12°C, als aperitief of bij vleeswaren, wit vlees, schaaldieren en gegrilde vis.
