Druiven afkomstig van de beste wijngaardlocaties in Zuid-Australië en de koelere microklimaten van Victoria zorgen voor een mousserende wijn met intense aroma’s van Pinot en Chardonnay. Geheel gemaakt volgend de Methode Traditionelle; Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier en Chardonnay. De Pinot Chardonnay-blend is een nieuwe loot aan de Tempus Two Pewter-stam.
De neus is een complete melange van steenfruit, citrusaroma's en warme, romige biscuits. Het is een complexe, mousserende wijn met een fijne bubbel. Hij is fruitig met aroma's van appel en perzik met een subtiel romig karakter.
