Ketchup from The Ketchup Project is not just any ketchup ...It is a ketchup with the unique, full flavor of sun-ripened, dried tomatoes. The tomatoes are used in their entirety, because it is precisely the seeds and skins that give the ketchup such a rich taste and beautiful structure.Besides tomatoes (200gr per 100gr of ketchup), we only add a few (organic) ingredients: vinegar, onion, garlic, sea salt and evaporated cane sugar juice. Nothing artificial and no refined sugars. So enjoy the Kenyan sun in a jar!We developed the ketchup with Michelin star chef Mohsine and we publicly tested the ketchup in a blind test with 4 ketchups among 320 participants: 78% chose The Ketchup Project as the best!In addition to tomato ketchup, we have developed smokey tomato ketchup. This ketchup has a light spicy and spicy taste. Delicious with a BBQ, quiche, (vegetarian) burger or sandwich!
