Description
Today's Special Appassimento is gemaakt van ongeveer de helft Negroamaro, de andere helft bestaat uit Merlot, Primitivo en Malvasia druiven. Gemaakt door middel van de traditionele ‘Appasimento’ methode (droogproces).
De wijn heeft een intense robijnrode kleur met een erg fruitige, rijke, kruidige en zwarte peper neus. Deze wijn is goed in balans met zachte tannines. Op het palet een volle body, erg intens en kruidig, maar toch zacht en vol van smaak.
