De Torta Florantini is een handgemaakt stevig chocolade ganache taartje. Dit taartje bestaat voor maar liefst 70% uit pure Belgische chocolade van de beste kwaliteit. De ganache is bereid met verse citroen en gembersap. De combinatie van citroenolie en romige amandelpasta maakt het dit taartje tot een ware smaaksensatie. Natuurlijk vegan en glutenvrij. De Torta Florantini ganache taartjes zijn geïnspireerd op een Italiaans receptuur. Deze ambachtelijk bereide torta is een ware chocoladesensatie. Zonder het toevoegen van room, ei of bloem is dit taartje van nature vegan en glutenvrij. Stevig en vol van smaak!
