Superhandige mix van knoflook, ui en kruiden voor het maken van de echte Griekse tzatziki. Laten wellen, olijfolie, yoghurt en komkommer erbij en klaar!Tzatziki is een traditioneel Grieks gerecht van yoghurt, knoflook, komkommer en kruiden. Het wordt als saus gebruikt bij vlees (bijvoorbeeld gyros) of mezze (Griekse tapas).
Ook lekker: bij grissini of picos (Italiaanse respectievelijk Spaanse broodsticks) op een pitabroodje met shoarma- of gyrosvlees om roomkaas mee te kruiden en daar een tosti mee te besmeren bij rauwkost
Maak de mix aan met Koroneiki olijfolie voor een extra Grieks accent!
