En ja, Confiture Parisienne is er niet alleen voor het ontbijt of de afternoon tea! Omdat alles beter is met jam, kun je ook kiezen voor onze nieuwe witte potjes, speciaal ontworpen voor aperitieven! Zonneschijn in een potje!
Voor de uienchutney heeft Confiture Parisienne gekozen voor Roscoff-uien, een emblematische groente uit Bretagne met een milde en zoete smaak. Ze worden met de hand gesneden door onze jamchefs. De uien worden vervolgens gekarameliseerd in olijfolie en kastanjehoning. Dit unieke recept is heerlijk op warme geitenkaastoast of als basis voor een vijgen-walnotentaart.
