Met zijn dubbele opening voegt de Kink vaas een sculpturaal gevoel aan de woonkamer toe, zelfs wanneer deze niet in gebruik is. Het ontwerp is gemaakt van porselein dat aan de binnenkant is geglazuurd voor een verfijnde uitstraling. De vaas is ontworpen door Earnest Studio, geproduceerd door het Deense merk Muuto.

over de ontwerper:
Earnest Studio is opgericht door de Amerikaanse, in Rotterdam woonachtige, Rachel Griffin. Ze heeft een achtergrond is grafische vormgeving. Na vijf jaar ervaring met het ontwerpen van tentoonstellingen en boeken, verhuisde ze naar Nederland om een studie te volgen aan de Design Academy in Eindhoven. In 2012 heeft ze haar eigen studio opgezet, met een focus op meubels, verlichting en accessoires.
