Deze boter wordt gemaakt met gefermenteerde knoflook (ook wel black garlic genoemd) en goede boter. Lekker op een broodje of in de keuken: na het bakken van je steak, leg je een plak erboven op. Het smelt licht en je hebt meteen een smaakvolle jus.
De knoflook wordt 30-40 dagen bij een temperatuur van 70C in een vochtige ruimte gefermenteerd. De van nature aanwezige suikers en aminozuren zorgen voor een “Maillard” reactie in de rauwe tenen. Van knapperig, pittig en wit wordt onze gefermenteerde knoflook zacht, zoet en zwart.
