Boter zoals boter bedoeld is. De melk is 16 uur aangezuurd en vervolgens gekarnd, wat zorgt voor een volle en romige smaak met een licht zuurtje. Perfect om op brood te smeren of om mee te koken of bakken. Geniet van deze heerlijke boeren roomboter!
Echte boerenboter of karneboter wordt gemaakt door de room of melk aan te zuren (ook wel fermenteren genoemd). Door het karnproces wordt het botervet gescheiden van de melk. De melk die je hiervan overhoudt is karnemelk. Onze boerenboter is niet rauwmelks maar van gepasteuriseerde melk gemaakt.
