Description
Vermouth La Copa Blanco is een Spaanse vermouth, geïnspireerd op een originele González Byass-recept uit 1896. Deze witte vermouth wordt gemaakt op basis van droge Fino Sherry en verrijkt met botanicals zoals alsem, savory, kaneel, kruidnagel, sinaasappelschil en nootmuskaat.
De smaak is fris en elegant, met geconcentreerde citrusaroma’s, subtiele bittertonen en een lichte zoetheid van geconcentreerde most. Dit zorgt voor een perfect gebalanceerde afdronk.
Perfect om puur met ijs te drinken of als basis voor cocktails als de:
- Martini – Witte vermouth en gin, geserveerd met een olijf of citroenzeste.
- Manhattan (Dry Manhattan-variant) – Witte vermouth, rye whiskey en Angostura bitters.
- Negroni Bianco – Witte vermouth, gin en een vleugje bitter, zoals Suze
- El Presidente – Witte vermouth, witte rum, Triple Sec en een scheutje grenadine.
