Dit biologische vezelcomplex is samengesteld uit psyllium- en inulinevezels. Psyllium ondersteunt een natuurlijke stoelgang* en draagt bij aan een vol gevoel*. Inuline heeft een prebiotische werking*. Bij voorkeur in de ochtend voor de maaltijd innemen. 1 á 2 maal daags 1 afgestreken eetlepel per dag mengen met water, yoghurt of vruchtensap. De oplossing direct opdrinken omdat Psyllium snel en veel vocht opneemt.
