Deze vintage sardines, gevangen voor de kust van Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie in de Vendée, worden geselecteerd vanwege hun hoge vetgehalte, meer dan 12%. Deze traditie wordt sinds 2004 in stand gehouden, waarbij de sardines binnen enkele uren na de vangst met de hand worden bereid en ingemaakt. Dit recept is in de eerste plaats een bewaarsardine, die moet rijpen en elke zes maanden moet worden omgedraaid om de sardine zachter te laten worden en de heerlijke smaken te versterken.
Mademoiselle Lulu improviseert als een uitzonderlijke trapezeartieste terwijl ze u charmeert. Bewonder haar sierlijk en elegant swingend in een roze maillot, ontworpen door de getalenteerde Coralie Joulin. Droom, net als Lulu, even weg onder de kleuren en sterren van deze circustent.
