Chase Potato Vodka is een vodka die gemaakt wordt van aardappels. De vodka wordt gedestilleerd in koperen pot stills, terwijl de meeste vodka's gedestilleerd worden in een column still. Hierdoor is deze vodka erg puur, zacht en een beetje romig. Erg lekker in de klassieke cocktail Dry Martini.
De Chase Distillery staat op het platteland in Herefordshire in Engeland. Deze destilleerderij van Chase bracht al meerdere prijswinnende gins en vodka’s voort. Chase laat zich inspireren door seizoensgebonden producten zoals rabarber in de lente en appels in de herfst.
