verder op houten vaten en deels op roestvrijstalen vaten.

In de geur ruik je aroma’s van bloemen, citrus en wit fruit zoals appel. Deze

Over de producent
Familiebedrijf Eymann is een van de eerste wijnboeren in Duitsland die de
biodynamische werkwijze omarmde. Het is een klein bedrijf waar alles wordt
gedaan door de directe familie. Van de 15 hectare wijngaard is 5 hectare met
Riesling beplant. Sinds zoon Vincent het heeft overgenomen krijgen de wijnen
nog meer een eigen karakter, en wordt er volop geëxperimenteerd met nieuwe
cuvées.
