Description
Talisker Wilder Seas x Parley is een Schotse Single Malt Whisky. De whisky heeft een rijping gehad op een combinatie van Amerikaans en Europees eikenhout voor meerdere jaren en is daarna gefinished in ex-XO cognacvaten. Dit is voor het eerst dat Talisker, Cognacvaten gebruikt om zijn whisky in te rijpen.
De Talisker Wilder Seas heeft tonen van mout en fruit. Met hints van zout, pekel, krijt, tabak en rook. Romige, zoete smaken gaan over in maritieme, rokerige lagen met een hint van fruit. De afdronk is lang, verwarmend, droog en heeft een pepertje.
Deze Talisker is in samenwerking gemaakt met Parley. Voor elke fles die wordt verkocht wordt er een donatie gemaakt van €3,- om de oceanen te beschermen
