De fonds van Biofond zijn erg bijzonder: ze bevatten alleen hoognodige ingrediënten en geen onnodige toevoegingen. Het verschil tussen bouillon en fond? Fond is sterk geconcentreerde bouillon en vormt een mooie basis voor ragouts, sauzen, soepen en risotto. Deze wildfond is gemaakt van ree, haas en fazant dat samen met kruiden en groenten maar liefst 72 uur is ingekookt tot een stevige fond. Perfect voor het najaar en de feestdagen in verschillende sauzen en gerechten als stoofpotjes.
