RauwPower yoghurt hangop is een natuurlijk gefermenteerd product van rauwe melk, geproduceerd zonder antibiotica van koeien die in het weideseizoen grazen in weides vol verschillende grassen, klavers en kruiden en die 's winters voorgedroogd gras, rogge, haver, gerst en kruiden eten. In ons bedrijf wordt hangop nog op de ambachtelijke manier geproduceerd, door yoghurt in doeken te laten uitlekken. RauwPower yoghurt hangop is zeer gezond omdat alle vitaminen, mineralen en enzymen tijdens het productieproces behouden blijven. De zuivel wordt niet gepasteuriseerd, gesteriliseerd, gehomogeniseerd of gestandaardiseerd. De melk is slechts gefermenteerd waardoor het lichaam deze zuivel makkelijker kan verteren. Bovendien is onze yoghurt hangop sterk probiotisch, waardoor het de darmflora verbetert. RauwPower yoghurt hangop is niet alleen zeer gezond maar smaakt ook nog eens erg lekker. De smaak is mild en romig. Omdat de yoghurt hangop dikker is dan de gewone yoghurt is het zeer verzadigend. Geschikt ter vervanging van een broodmaaltijd.
