Za'atar is een melange van kruiden uit de Levant, een groep van 9 landen ten oosten van de Middelandse Zee. Het is een melange van tijm en oregano, versterkt met sumak en sesamzaad. Onmisbaar voor manouche, maar ook heerlijk bij lamsvlees, kip en over eiergerechten, labne en (geroosterde) groente. De kruiden en specerijen(mixen) van Duqqa! zijn biologisch gecertificeerd en gemaakt om het dagelijkse koken meer smaak te geven. Kruiden met een verhaal!
