Néogourmets is een familiebedrijf dat is opgericht door Gaëlle en David Hermange. Door een gezondheidsprobleem kan Gaelle geen suiker eten. Vroeger kookte ze natuurlijk gezoete recepten voor hun 3 kinderen en sinds 2018 besloten ze hun recepten met het publiek te delen. Onze zandkoekjes zijn zonder toegevoegde suiker en zonder zoetstof, ze zijn natuurlijk gezoet door fruit, voor een gezonder en lekker tussendoortje ! Onze chocolade is ook Bean to bar, fairtrade en natuurlijk gezoet door fruit. Alle recepten zijn gemaakt met Thierry Marx, een beroemde Franse chef-kok die in 2019 vennoot van het bedrijf is geworden. Dankzij hem zijn de zandkoekjes niet alleen gezond maar ook erg lekker ! De zandkoekjes worden met de hand gemaakt in het hart van de Touraine in Saint-Cyr-sur-Loire in Frankrijk.
