Description
Deze ambachtelijke genever van Zuidam Distillers wordt gemaakt van een combinatie van drie granen: gemoute gerst, rogge en maïs. De moutwijn wordt driemaal gedistilleerd in een kleine pot still, waarna een deel voor de vierde keer wordt gedistilleerd met kruiden zoals jeneverbes, zoethoutwortel en anijszaad.
Na distillatie rijpt de genever gedurende 1 jaar op nieuwe Amerikaanse eikenhouten vaten van 200 liter. Deze vatrijping geeft een zachte houttoon, terwijl het graanmengsel zorgt voor een evenwichtige balans tussen kruidigheid, zoetheid en moutigheid.
