Use

Count about 200 grams of gnocchi per person. 1. Bring 1L of water to the boil per 200 grams of pasta. 2. Slide into the water and bring the water to the boil again, stirring occasionally. 3. Boil the gnocchi for about 2 minutes, from when they start to float. 4. Drain and serve.
