Horny Goat - Ethiopia Guji natural process specialty coffee beans

This is our second year harvest for our Horny Goat Ethiopian coffee and we are super-stoked to have found this coffee beans from the Ye Gennet washing station in Guji, Southern Ethiopia. Once again, there is that funky floral aroma so typical of natural process specialty coffee from Ethiopia. This complex cup delivers a zesty juicy-ness of mandarin oranges which then gives way to a ripe strawberry sweetness. A heavenly, textured body and medium acidity delivers a beautifully balanced cup.
