Description
This is a distinctive orange Sauvignon Blanc from Serbia, a natural wine that has been aged for 9 months in oak barrels and 3 years in the bottle.
It has a deep amber hue and a cloudy appearance in the glass.
On the nose, it is smoky with pineapple confit, orange zest and dry ginger aromas that are enticing and complex.
On the palate, it has a gunflint mineral attack, followed by sun-dried apricot, hay, white pepper and moderate acidity that create a balanced and harmonious flavor profile. It has a clean, pleasant long creamy finish
