Reprédition van J.C. Herman Ceramics is een frisse kijk op ambacht. Elk item wordt met de hand gedraaid uit hoogwaardige ‘royale porcelain’ klei. Dat zie je niet alleen, dat voel je ook: licht, verfijnd en gemaakt om lang mee te gaan.
Ambacht in een nieuw jasje
Keramist Herman Verhagen leerde het vak in 2018 van meesterdraaier Hu Shifu Ziao in Jingdezhen, de bakermat van het porselein. Wat hij daar leerde, brengt hij nu samen met zijn eigen stijl: strak, eigentijds en met oog voor detail.
Wat maakt Reprédition zo bijzonder?
Geen massaproductie, maar echt handwerk. Elk bord, kommetje of kopje is uniek en heeft een eigen touch. De matte glazuren in warm wit, geel, rood of lichtblauw geven het servies een rustige, moderne uitstraling. Mooi én praktisch: het porselein is licht, stevig en perfect voor dagelijks gebruik. Verkrijgbaar in verschillende kleuren en wil je iets op maat, dan kan dat ook.
Reprédition is servies dat niet alleen mooi is, maar ook iets vertelt. Over vakmanschap, over cultuur en over de kracht van eenvoud. Voor wie houdt van stijl met inhoud.
