Deze Crémant de Bourgogne van Domaine Jacqueson heeft een intens gouden kleur en rijke fruitaroma's van citrus, witte perzik, rode bessen en hazelnoot. De zachte mousse maakt deze Crémant uiterst geschikt als aperitief of bij romige visgerechten.
Henri Jacqueson startte het domein in 1946. Op dit moment omvat het bedrijf 18 hectare wijngaarden in Rully, Mercurey en Bouzeron. De Crémant de Bourgogne van Domaine Jacqueson is een klassieke mousserende wijn die niet onderdoet voor menig champagne. Gemaakt op klassieke wijze en van 100% pinot noir. Nadat de druiven handmatig zijn geplukt worden ze licht geperst en gaat het sap in roestvrijstalen tanks voor de alcoholische fermentatie. De wijn wordt daarna gebotteld en er ontstaat een tweede vergisting in de fles. Na 12 maanden flesrijping vindt het dégorgement plaats.
