Speciaal voor zijn vriendin Julia heeft Roman Pfaffl deze blend van Merlot en St Laurent gecreëerd. De wijn heeft 12 maanden gerijpt op barrique. Je ruikt bramen met een vleugje eiken aroma. Je proeft kruiden en donkere chocolade. Toch proef je niet alleen hout. Het fruit is ook stevig aanwezig. Zeker als je de wijn iets gekoeld drinkt. Erg lekker! Kan zeker nog wat jaren ouderen.
Deze wijn is gemaakt van de druiven Merlot en St. Laurent.
